Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month for the prior month's commission. You'll need a balance of at least $50 to trigger a payout — anything below carries forward to the next cycle.

How does referral tracking work?

Every link you share has a unique slug. When a visitor clicks it, we drop a first-party cookie for 90 days. If they sign up and start a paid plan inside that window, the referral is permanently attributed to you, even if they upgrade or downgrade later.

What counts as a qualified referral?

A referral is qualified once it converts to a paid subscription that completes its first billing cycle (typically 14 days after signup, after any trial). Refunded or charged-back invoices are removed from your earnings.

Is the commission really recurring?

Yes. At the Starter tier you earn for 6 months per referral, at Pro for 12 months, and at Partner for the lifetime of the customer. Whatever tier a referral was acquired under is locked in for that customer.

How do you prevent referral fraud?

We use a combination of device fingerprinting, IP heuristics, signup velocity checks and post-conversion review. Self-referrals, paid traffic to brand keywords, and incentivized signups are not eligible and may result in account suspension.

Which payout methods are supported?

Stripe Connect (most countries) and PayPal. Bank transfer is available for Partner-tier affiliates on request. You'll fill in your payout method in the dashboard before your first payout.

Do I need to handle taxes?

Yes. Affiliate earnings are reported to you as a partner, not as an employee. You're responsible for declaring earnings in your jurisdiction. For US affiliates, we issue a 1099-NEC if you earn more than $600 in a calendar year.

Can I promote on paid ads?

You can run paid ads on your own channels, but you may not bid on Zyka brand keywords ("zyka", "zyka.ai", common misspellings). Any traffic from disallowed sources won't be attributed.
