1Subscription Cancellation
- ›You may cancel your Zyka.ai subscription at any time from your account settings under Subscription.
- ›Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
- ›After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Your generated content remains accessible.
- ›We do not charge any cancellation fees.
2Refund Eligibility
- ›Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal date.
- ›Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility criteria include: technical issues preventing use of the Service, accidental duplicate charges, or billing errors on our part.
- ›Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind cancellations after the 7-day window, or for partially used billing periods.
- ›Credits and top-up purchases are non-refundable once used for generation.
3How to Request a Refund
- ›Email us at support@zykaai.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request.
- ›We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
- ›Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4Annual Plans
- ›Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not significantly used the Service.
- ›After 14 days, annual plan refunds may be prorated based on the remaining unused months, at our discretion.
- ›Promotional or discounted annual plans may have different refund terms communicated at the time of purchase.
5Failed Payments & Downgrades
- ›If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to retry the charge.
- ›If payment cannot be collected after retry attempts, your subscription will be automatically downgraded to the free tier.
- ›No refund is issued for failed payments since no successful charge occurred.
6Changes to This Policy
- ›We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
- ›Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect.
- ›Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
